Richard Overy (Head of Operations)

Richard joins us after a successful career in Operational Management at Board level. Originally trained as a computer programmer, his career developed through to full Operational duties of teams of over 500, in both the Leisure and Outsource industry. Throughout his career he has extensive experience of working in the Charity sector. 

Richard is a champion of Customer Care and Business Improvement and his primary focus is on Service Delivery.  At Charity Business, he is ultimately responsible for the outsourcing finance function and works closely with other senior managers to ensure new clients are effectively transitioned through to Charity Business.   His goal is to ensure that the outsourced finance function provided by Charity Business stays aligned to our client's corporate financial strategy whilst providing cost savings, efficiencies and high quality customer service. 

Lisa Elliott (Business Development Director)

Lisa has built a well respected career in marketing and business development working with commitment and loyalty in diverse and challenging environments.  She has built strong relationships with clients and business partners, gaining expertise in solving business issues through to successful resolutions.  One of her objectives working at Charity Business is to build successful collaborative relationships with clients, business partner sand specialists within the third sector.
