These wireless hand-held systems will allow you to take card payments in face-to-face situations with the transaction processed instantly. This means you can benefit from 'on the day' generosity , be freed from the need to chase-up pledges and escape the hassle of processing cheques.

Signing up to use the Chip & Pin Terminals is straightforward too. All you need to do is fill out two forms - establishing which bank you want the funds paid into and a service agreement - and we send the terminals out by secure post 3 days before the function. All monies taken clear into a central account and then are reconciled on a weekly basis, meaning that proceeds go into your account within 7-10 days.

As with all Charity Business E-payment solutions, the costs are transparent too. There's a £50 hire charge and then a 3% per transaction fee. That's it. You're ready to go to the ball!
