A Modular Service
Our Investment advice service operates on a modular basis, with the process broken down into 5 distinct parts.
Reserves Policy review - the vital foundation work before an investment policy can be created.
The Investment Policy – we can help to structure this to ensure the policy fits the aims and objectives of the Charity involved. We take into account the balance required between income and growth, and whether a total return approach is suitable.
Managing risk – in association with the Trustees we would consider the appropriateness of various investment classes and asset allocation, taking into account modern portfolio theory. Also this is a chance to review any ethical considerations the fund may be required to take. The Trustees involved in managing their responsibilities will also want to manage investment risk that they are undertaking on behalf of the charity. Our services plan to help with this.
Selection of investment managers – we help the Trustees sift through the leading providers to find the most suitable group to manage the charity’s money through an efficient beauty parade process. With our broad knowledge of the market we help to find the right match to fulfil the Trustees investment aims and work with the appointed group of Trustees.
Maintaining your investments – we can help you to keep up to date with the latest market information and review your existing fund, to make sure performance is maintained.
