Our ‘CP Terminal’ is a product developed in partnership with Charity Technology Trust, a registered charity and social enterprise focusing on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of charities and voluntary organisations. 

The CP Terminal is a web based secure system for processing single or recurring credit or debit card transactions, helping with your charity fundraising for all on-line donations and other receipts.  Saving 40%* against the average cost of administration charges from other key sector suppliers, it is simple to implement, very secure and can be configured to your charity's requirements and systems ensuring full Gift Aid data capture.

The product that runs along side this is the paperless direct debit system for charities who wish to collect and process Paperless Direct Debits from customers, donors and members through their web sites. Our ‘PDD’ system can integrate with your website and enables you to collect those all important regular funds efficiently.

Why is the flexibility of accepting credit card payments important to my charity?

Automated credit card processing and direct debit collection facilities reduce the costs associated with manual processing of donations and other income, increasing the efficiency as well as the accuracy of processing your income payments.

What are the charges?

All you pay is 3% of the value of each transaction (fees exclude VAT).  This covers credit and debit card transactions with no other hidden costs or complex calculations. This does not impact the amount of gift aid that you can reclaim.  For full information sheets please call us on 01793 554204 or email.

How and where can I use the facilities?

The service we offer work in 3 ways. 

  1. The secure web based solution allows you to add a link onto your website so that people can pay or donate online.  This can be used by any part of the charity whether back office or service delivery.  Online shop facilities are also available, for further information call us on 01793 554204 or email.
  2. Our hand held terminal allows you to take payments in a shop or other location securely and allowing payments to be taken in other areas of the charity where you have no computer access.
  3. Our NEW wireless terminal allows you to use the same functionality but in areas where you have wireless capability.  This allows you to take money during conferences, events and other functions or locations where a fixed terminal or computer may not be appropriate.
