Payroll Processing

Charity Business provides a fully managed payroll process. This also means that if you do not want to outsource your entire finance function, you can still outsource the payroll processing which is often one of the most complex activities to carry out in-house saving time as well as money.

We have set up our systems and processes to ensure that it is easy to follow and that it removes all of the strain of making sure that staff pay will be correct and paid into the correct banks on time each week/month.

To set up the systems, we would transfer all of the information in relation to employees onto our payroll system which we then update on a weekly or monthly basis for any changes.  All you need to do is to notify us of new employees, employees leaving or any changes to payroll details. The service includes (list not exhaustive):

• Provision of a dedicated named contact who will administer all aspects of the charity’s payroll;
• Administration of pension payments (note this excludes direct management of your pension or other benefit arrangements);
• Collation of all relevant payroll information provided within the timeframes as set out;
• Liaison with the Inland Revenue regarding queries and requests for information related to employees; and
• Dealing with employee and employer queries related to the payroll (provided the query is in relation to the current month’s payroll).
