Utility Audit & Invoice Validation

We offer an energy efficiency service to charities to help charities
reduce their energy dependency. Over the past 2 years, our partner has
installed over 700 smart meters and helped charities reduce their energy
bills by over £4 million.

The service is provided by experienced Energy Efficiency Managers.
Energy Efficiency relies on accurate real time data about your energy
usage. This can only be delivered by the installation of smart-meters to
provide automatic meter readings.

How does the service work?

• Install and maintain high specification smart‐meters for gas and
  electricity at selected high usage sites. We assign you a dedicated
  energy efficiency manager.
• The meters are programmed to send meter reads every 30 minutes to
  our data centre. This data is then used to generate accurate billing and
  energy efficiency reports.
• Over the first 6 months, we use the data to build up a profile of your
  energy usage.
• We provide full utility efficiency management report highlighting
  usage abnormalities and identify wastage. This report is produced on a
  monthly basis.
• The energy efficiency manager validate all utility invoices on an
  ongoing basis.

We will on lower usage sites

• Check invoices
• Monitor profiles against tariffs
• Collect (as far as possible) meter reads
• On domestic properties where the charity pays the bills monitor meter
  reads tenant ingress/egress
• Where tenant pays the bill monitor Ingress/egress of tenant and
  advise. Provide tenant with lowest possible domestic tariff.
• We can also offer water saving solutions and invoice validation.
