Accounts in a Box is the outsourcing solution for charities with income of less than £250k per year.

If you are a small charity, we have used our experience and knowledge to develop a comprehensive fixed-price financial package for organisations with an income of less than £250,000 per annum. It enables smaller organisations to access cost effective financial expertise and increase their financial efficiency, whilst working collaboratively with a skilled financial operations team and qualified accountants.

Accounts in a Box incorporates all standard accounting processes, and supplies you with a high quality quarterly automated management information pack at a cost of around £39 (ex-VAT) per week.

Services

  1. Bank reconciliation's
  2. Accounts payable processing, payment and supplier query
  3. Accounts receivable – standard procedures
  4. Monthly payroll processing (including year-end filing)
  5. Automated accounts pack produced approximately 10 working days following month end
  6. 48hour turnaround on queries via email using service desk email address where possible

Management Information Provided

  1. Monthly accounts pack with budget variance for the month and year to date
  2. Aged debtor summary report
  3. Aged creditor summary report
  4. Detailed transaction report

Requirements

  1. Online banking facility (we can set up)
  2. Turnover less than £250,000
  3. Only one level of activity
